If you ever need to remove NITRO Forms from the list, you can navigate to "Manage Forms" and then click on the button to revert to the native SharePoint Forms:
If you previously applied custom forms through some other tool such as SharePoint Designer, you'll have the option to revert back to those custom forms or directly to the native out-of-the-box SharePoint Forms:
