1.AI Evaluates Ticket:
When a ticket is created or updated, the system analyses the subject and description fields. The AI will consider keywords or phrases that suggest urgency and assign a priority level accordingly.

2.Log Creation:
Every AI evaluation creates an entry in the AI Logs list, detailing the assigned priority and rationale.
