Overview

List Formatting is an add-on for Office 365 that allows users to format columns and rows in a list view based on conditions in the data.

Key Features

oColor a column or entire row based on conditions

oAdd icons to the column view when conditions are met

oShow number and currency values as a progress bar

 

Accessing List Formatting

List Formatting can be accessed from the List Ribbon, List Settings, or NITRO Studio App Page.

 

When accessed from the List Ribbon or List Settings, the list is known and the app will not prompt to choose a list.

When accessed from NITRO Studio, the list is not known and a drop-down appears where the list can be selected.
