To view all Tickets that need attention, click ‘Tickets Needs Attention’ tile in Ticket-Manager- Dashboard page. It will navigate you to the ‘Tickets Needs Attention’ view of ‘All Tickets’ page. Filter applied for Tickets needs attention view is ‘”Created is greater than [Today]-180” and “Needs Attention is equal to Yes”’
