This page will show below reports


•Staff Load (Open Tickets by Staff): This report shows all open Tickets of each assigned staff. As shown in report, John Smith has 12 open Tickets, Joe Bloggs has 9 open Tickets.

•Open and Closed Tickets by Week: This report shows all open Tickets and Closed Tickets by week.

•Open Tickets by Priority and Category: This report shows all open Tickets based on priority and category. As shown in report, there are 1 software Ticket and 1 Hardware Request Ticket of high priority.

•Open and Closed Tickets (Lasts 7 days): This report shows all open and closed Tickets from last 7 days. As shown in report, open ticket from last 7 days is 1 and closed Ticket from last 7 days is 0.

•Tasks by Staff: This report shows tasks of each assigned staff. As shown in report, number of tasks assigned to Joe Bloggs is 1 and number of tasks assigned to John Smith is 6.

•Tasks by Status: This report shows all tasks based on status. As shown in report, 3 tasks are completed, 3 tasks are in ‘In Progress’ state and 7 tasks are not started.
