To view all resolved Tickets, click ‘Resolved Tickets’ tile in Ticket-Manager- Dashboard page. It will navigate you to the ‘Resolved Tickets’ view of ‘All Tickets’ page. Filter applied to resolved Tickets view is ‘”Resolved Date is greater than [Today]-180” and “Status is equal to Resolved”’.
