To view all Tickets that are due for today, click ‘Due Today’ tile in Ticket-Manager- Dashboard page. It will navigate you to the ‘Tickets Due Today’ view of ‘All Tickets’ page. Filter applied for ‘Tickets Due Today’ view is ‘”Due Date is equal to Today” and “Status is not equal to Closed and Resolved”’.
