•Open Problems: Click this tile to see all the open problems with view ‘Open Problems’ and filter ‘Status not equal to Resolved’.
•Unassigned Problems: Click this tile to see all unassigned problems with view ‘Unassigned Problems’ and filter ‘Assigned Staff is empty and Status is not equal to Resolved’.
•Overdue Problems: Click this tile to see all overdue problems with view ‘Overdue Problems’ and filter ‘Status is not equal to resolved and Due Date is less than [Today]’.
•Due Today: Click this tile to see the problems that are due today with view ‘Problems Due Today’ and filter ‘Due Date is equal to [Today] and Status is not equal to Resolved’.
•Resolved Problems: Click this tile to see all resolved problems with view ‘Resolved Problems’ and filter ‘Resolved Date is greater than [Today]-180 and Status is not equal to Resolved’.
