To view all overdue Tickets, click ‘Overdue Tickets’ tile in Ticket-Manager- Dashboard page. It will navigate you to the ‘Overdue Tickets’ view of ‘All Tickets’ page. Filter applied for overdue Tickets view is ‘” Status is not equal to Closed and Resolved” and “Due Date is less than Today”’
