Manager Dashboard can also access additional pages showing detailed reports

Problem Manager Dashboard page shows the below reports for problem
•Staff Load (Open Problem by Staff): This report shows all open problems of each assigned staff along with category. As shown in report, John Smith has 5 open problems, CCSales Demo has 4 open Tickets.

-Incoming Problems by week: This report shows all incoming problems by week based on problem created date. 
-Open Problems by Priority and Category: This report shows all open problem based on their priority and category. As shown in report, there is 1 high priority problem of category ‘Remote Access’ and 2 low priority problems of category ‘Telephone’ and ‘Hardware Problem’ and so on.

-Resolved Problems by week: This report shows all resolved problems by week based on resolved date.

-Problem Tasks by Staff: This report shows all problem tasks of each assigned staff. As shown in report, number of tasks assigned to CCSales Demo is 5 and number of tasks assigned to John Smith is 5.

-Problem Tasks by Status: This report shows all problem tasks based on status. As shown in report, 3 tasks are in ‘Not Started’ state, 4 tasks are in ‘Completed’ state and 3 tasks are in ‘In Progress’ state.
