Clickable Tiles across the top show the following information

Open Tickets: Click this tile to see all the Tickets with a status of ‘Open’.

Unassigned Tickets: Click this tile to see all Tickets with a status of ‘Unassigned’.

Tickets Needs Attention: Click this tile to see all Tickets that needs attention.

Overdue Tickets: Click this tile to see all Tickets that are not done by expected time.

Due Today: Click this tile to see the Tickets with due date is equal to ‘Today’.

Resolved Tickets: Click this tile to see all the Tickets with a status of ‘Resolved’.

All Tickets: Click this tile to see all Tickets.

 

Note: The functions described below under Open Tickets applies to all List Views in the site.
