Allow Staff to Close Ticket –Check this box to allow Staff to close the Ticket

Requester Validation Message – If only the Requester can close the ticket, this is the message that will display to the Staff that tries to set the status to “Closed”

Status Validation Message –This message will display if the Requester tries to close a Ticket that is not yet “Resolved”

Number of days to auto close resolved tickets –Sets the number of days before the ticket is auto-closed after it is set to “Resolved”

Ignore Status Handling – Allows certain staff to close the Ticket whether or not it is set to “Resolved”
