Problem Ticket Mapping – Maps Ticket column values to columns in the Problem list when creating a Problem from a Ticket

Problem Workspace Investigation Team – Defines which group should have access to the Problem Workspace

Problem Investigation Team Permission Level – Defines the permission level for the above group

Problem Investigation Workspace Owners – Defines who should have administrative control over the Problem Workspace; Created By and/or Assigned Staff

Problem Investigation Workspace Owners Permission Level – Defines the permission level for the Problem Workspace Owner

Problem Closed Status – Defines the status at which the Problem is considered done or resolved.

Close Child Tickets on Problem Close – Toggle for whether or not to close child Tickets when the Problem is done or resolved.
