You can print a ticket one of three ways: from within the open ticket, from the List Tools -> Items ribbon bar from within a list view of tickets, or from the drop-down menu accessed from the ticket title from within a ticket list view.

Using Crow Canyon Print manager you can setup print template default or you can select when you are giving the Print
