Escalation Email - This allows you to escalate the ticket to a third-party outside of your company

Notify - Use this to determine who will get notified of the given action

Mail Subject - Set the subject of the notification email

Mail Body - Set the body of the notification email

Include Attachments? - Check this box if you want any attachments associated with the ticket to be included with the notification email

From Address - Set the From Address that the user will see when receiving the notification
