Modifying Tickets

You can open up a ticket for editing one of three ways: by opening the ticket and clicking Edit Item, by clicking Edit Item from the list view of tickets, or by clicking Edit Item from a drop down menu on the ticket in the list view of tickets. You can also use the Edit Item button to manually assign tickets.

1.View Item and then Edit Item

Once you have modified your ticket, click Save in the lower right corner.
