Request Status To Stop Clock -To set which request status will stop the click. When the program creates a ticket, it starts a clock, which you can see using the Time Tracking feature. This is useful for reporting how long a ticket remains open. However, if the ticket is Closed or Escalated, you may want to stop the clock for reporting purposes. Use this field to determine which statuses stop the clock.
