Creating a Ticket from the Backend Home Page:
From the My IT Service Requests Page, you can use the Search Knowledge Base and Create Ticket web part to create a ticket.
Alternatively, within each Site or Home page, you can click New Ticket under Tickets on the Quick Launch Bar:
Once the New Ticket window opens, fill out the required information, and any other necessary additional information.
Note: Your view of a new ticket may be different. Required information and options vary, and are customizable. Your Application Administrator can modify these options.
Once you have filled out the requested information, click "Save" to save your ticket and create a notification email.
Note: Notification settings are set up in the Application Administration -> section.
