Creating a Ticket
There are several places where a ticket can be created.
➢Backend Home Page – The Backend Home Page includes a web part to both search the Knowledge Base and create a ticket. There is also a link on the home page to create a ticket directly.
➢Employee or Customer Portal – The portal has a Submit New Ticket screen
➢Via email – If you have incoming email enabled (see ), Crow Canyon will create a ticket from that email.
