Edit Existing Report

Go to the It Report Center, Click on which report have to be update

Then Click on Edit

Table Caption: Table Caption which will be displayed in the Table Report

Report Type: Select the Type of Report you want to generate (Table/ Chart/ Both)

 

Column (x-axis)

The Column Header is the label name for the columns (e.g. Priority). The Field name defines which field from the list to use for the column names (e.g. if Priority is the Field, then the column names can be High, Normal, and Low). This section allows for sorting the columns in ascending (Asc) or descending (Desc) order from left to right. Check off Show Totals Column to show the total of all values in the given row. The Allow Drilldown checkbox allows for clicking any of the column names to bring up a filtered list view of the items matching that column name.

Row (y-axis)

The Row Header determines the label for the rows in a table (e.g. Category). The Field name defines which field from the list to use for the row names (e.g. if Category is the Field, then the row names can be Hardware Request, Email, etc.). This section allows for sorting the rows in ascending (Asc) or descending (Des) order from top to bottom. Check off Show Totals Row to show the total of all values in the given column. The Allow Drilldown checkbox allows for clicking any of the row names to bring up a filtered list view of the items matching that row name.

Cell Value

The Value Field determines which field from the list to use for the data returned. For example, to return a count of the number of items matching the column and row criteria, choose a unique value. In many cases ID will work, as this will provide a count of the total number of items that match the criteria.

Value Field: Field in the list for which Calculation has to be applied

Calculation: Which calculation has to be applied (Summary/Count)

Decimal Places: Decimal Places determines the number of places to show after a decimal point.

Allow Drilldown: The Allow Drilldown checkbox allows for clicking any of the row names to bring up a filtered list view of the items matching that row and column.

Tooltip:

The Tooltip section allows you to pick a type of value to display when you hover over the data in the chart or table.

 
Summary – Displays all items that meet the row/column intersection criteria.

Count – Displays a simple numeric count of the items that meet the row/column intersection criteria.

Count as % – Displays the Count value as a percentage of the total number of items returned in the query.

Sum – Displays a sum of the values of the items that meet the row/column intersection criteria.

Sum as % – Displays a sum of the values as a percentage of the total sum for all values for all items returned in the query.

Std Dev– Displays the standard deviation for.

Average – Displays the average.

Range – Displays the distance between the highest and lowest values that meet the row/column intersection criteria.

Min – Displays the lowest value that meets the row/column intersection criteria.

Max – Displays the highest value that meets the row/column intersection criteria
