Auto Status Utility

Use this utility to notify the users about the status of the current ticket.

Title – do not change

Notify – Check which users to notify.

Email Subject - Sets the Subject of the notification email which goes to the checked users in the Notify field.

Email Body – Sets the body of the notification email which goes to the checked users in the Notify field.

From Address - Sets the from address that the recipient will see on the email
