The IT Associated Tasks column within a ticket references a list within the Crow Canyon site called "IT Associated Tasks." You can create an associated task during ticket creation and while editing a ticket. There are three fields you can fill out, shown in the below screen shot:
You can add the task after you have filled out the Task Title field; Assigned To and Due Date don't have to be filled out. Due date defaults to the current date plus 10 days.
Note: This feature is limited to the three fields shown above.
The Task itself, when you click on it, can have any number of fields. However, using the Associated Task functionality prevents those fields from appearing on the Ticket.
Using, you can automatically close the Ticket when all Associated Tasks have been completed. Below is an outline of how to do this.
