Approver Definition

Create an Approver Definition for each type of approval.

This sets

Who are the Approvers?

Is the Requester's Manager is an approver?

What type of notifications are sent out?

Is approval is required from one or all the Approvers?

Title – Name of this Approver Definition (will show up on list in Issue Type)

 Manager is Approver – The Manager of the Requester is automatically added to the ticket as the Approver (the Manager name is pulled from Active Directory for that user).

 Approver – Select or add one or more names here to indicate who the approver(s) should be

 Notify on Approval – Who gets notified when the Approver(s) approve the ticket.

 Approver Mail Subject - Subject of email sent upon approval. Can use [Ticket ID] and [Approver] as placeholders

 Approver Mail Body - Body of email sent upon approval. Can use [Ticket ID] and [Approver] as placeholders

 Approve Mail Include Link - Can include a link to Ticket and/or Task in email

 Notify on Deny – Who gets notified when the Approver(s) deny the ticket.

Deny Mail Subject - Subject of email sent upon denial. Can use [Ticket ID] and [Approver] as placeholders

Deny Mail Body - Body of email sent upon denial. Can use [Ticket ID] and [Approver] as placeholders

Deny Mail Include Link - Can include a link to Ticket and/or Task in email

Notify on Sendback – Who gets notified when the Approver(s) send the ticket back for more information.

Sendback Mail Subject - Subject of email sent upon sendback. Can use [Ticket ID] and [Approver] as placeholders

Sendback Mail Body - Body of email sent upon sendback. Can use [Ticket ID] and [Approver] as placeholders

Sendback Mail Include Link - Can include a link to Ticket and/or Task in email

Approve if – One of two choices can be selected
