Ticket Actions allows you to define common actions taken with the ticket. Each action can encapsulate multiple steps, which helps reduce repetitive tasks. You can use the actions to escalate tickets, perform assignment actions, add days to a Due Date, or automatically set certain fields while simultaneously closing the ticket, among many other things. There are two tabs where you can set your actions: Action Settings and Notification SettingsTo execute an action, see Ticket Actions.
